1. Online:

 

Summer Camp 2012 - Beginning Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 8:00 a.m., you may register online. All online registrations must be paid in full upon registration.

 

Winter Adventures Camp 2011-12 - Beginning Monday, September 19, 2011 at 8:00 a.m., you may register online. All online registrations must be paid in full upon registration.

 

For all online registrations, a Healthy History form must be completed for each participant and received by the Camp Clarita Office prior to the start of camp.

Option 1:       

 
Pay in full at time of registration.  This is the only option available to anyone registering online.

 

Option 2:

Participate in the payment plan - place a $30 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit for each week at the time of registration.  A credit card/debit card must be left on file with the Camp Clarita office and the remaining balance will be charged two weeks prior to the start of the week.  The balance must be received no later than two weeks prior to the start of the week or your deposit will be forfeited and your spot will be made available to others.  The Camp Clarita office will automatically charge your credit/debit card on the following dates:

 

• Week 1 & Session 1 - June 4
• Week 2 - June 11
• Week 3 - June 18
• Week 4 - June 25
• Week 5 & Session II - July 2
• Week 6 - July 9
• Week 7 - July 16
• Week 8 - July 23

 

Option 3:      

Register weekly for the Ranger, Explorer, Voyager, and Winter Adventure programs. Registration is based upon availability and must be paid in full.  You must register no later than the Wednesday prior to the start of the week you want to enroll by 5:00 p.m. as this is the time the classes are closed. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

 

 

 

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Camp Clarita office by submitting the Change Form.  Forms can be obtained under "Camp Forms" on  the Parent's Corner tab.  Change Forms can be submitted directly to the Camp Clarita office electronically, via fax, or email by the appropriate deadline. Change forms must be submitted at least ten business days prior to the start date of the week/session enrolled.  For each week/session refunded, a $30 charge is withheld per child, per week regardless of reason for refund.  No refunds will be issued after this time.

 

If you have reserved a week with a non-transferable and non-refundable deposit and the balance has not been paid two weeks prior, your deposit will be forfeited and your spot will be made available to others.

 

A refund will not be issued for days missed in a week or session and there are no make-up days.  Prorated refunds are not issued for campers who do not attend field trips and admission tickets are not distributed.

 

Camp Clarita's advance reservation of buses, admission tickets, scheduling of staff, etc. does not enable us to refund camp fees after the deadline regardless of reason for non-attendance.  Any refund of camp fees may take up to one week after notification has been received to be processed.

 

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the Camp Clarita office no later than the Wednesday prior to the start of the week by 5:00 p.m. and are subject to availability.

 

 

For all online registrations, a healthy history form must be completed for each participant and received by the Camp Clarita Office prior to the start of camp.
