3 Ways to Register

1. Online:register

Beginning Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 8:00 a.m., you may register online. All online registrations must be paid in full upon registration.

 

For all online registrations, a healthy history form must be completed for each participant and recieved by the Camp Clarita Office prior to the start of camp. Health History Form (PDF*)

2. Mail-in:

Beginning Monday, March 24, 2008 (Postmarked no earlier than Saturday, March 22, 2008). First payment covering weeks 1-3 due at mail-in. Second payment covering weeks 4-6 is due April 25. The final payment covering weeks 7-8 is due May 30. Credit/Debit card must be left on file and will automatically be charged on payment due dates.

3. Walk-in:

Beginning Monday, March 31, 2008, you may register in person at the Santa Clarita Sports Complex Aquatic Center, 20850 Centre Pointe Parkway. First payment covering weeks 1-3 due at walk-in. Second payment covering weeks 4-6 is due April 25. The final payment covering weeks 7-8 is due May 30. Credit/Debit card must be left on file and will automatically be charged on payment due dates.

Refund Policy

Camp Clarita is proud to stand behind its commitment to provide quality day camps for your child.  If you are not satisfied with our City’s day camp programs, we will be happy to arrange one of the following:

  • Transfer your child or children to another week and/or location pending availability.
  • Give you a credit that can be applied towards any other recreation class.
  • Process a refund.

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Camp Clarita office or by sending an email to campclarita@santa-clarita.com.  Refund requests will not be accepted by the site director or by telephone.

  • A full refund will be given when request is received by the Camp Clarita office at least 10 working days prior to the start date of week enrolled.  All refunds will be assessed a $12.00 service fee.  No refunds will be issued after this time.
  • A refund will not be issued for days missed in a week or session and there are no make up days.
  • Any refund of camp fees may take up to two weeks after notification is received to be processed.
